Chip comes to TimberCraft Homes with over 20 years of experience in new home building and real estate with some of the nation’s largest homebuilders, public and private. Chip has helped hundreds of folks find that unique house that they can eventually call their home. He is known for being a wealth of information about new home construction and will no doubt provide an enjoyable experience whether you are a first-time homebuyer, a move-up-in-size buyer, or are simply looking for something smaller and more manageable. Chip will be there for you throughout the journey, and his goal is to provide an easy, stress-free, and fun experience while helping to make your home buying dreams come true.

Ronda
RONDA BAILEY
Community Manager

Ronda has a proven record of providing superior service to customers during the new home sales and build process. With several years of experience helping homeowners, Ronda is accustomed to partnering with families to find the best way to meet their needs. From the first time you meet Ronda, you will feel at ease with her professional and personal working style and confident in her ability to make your home dreams a reality. Honesty and integrity, along with determination and dedication, are philosophies that she strives for in all aspects of life. A native of Enid, Oklahoma, Ronda and her family have called the Oklahoma City Metro home for over 20 years.

JESSICA THOMPSON
Community Manager

An Oklahoma native and Oklahoma City University alumna who studied chemistry and Mandarin Chinese, Jessica brings to her position as community manager several years of experience in luxury property management, as well as a commitment to personable, meaningful customer service. Jessica loves learning about her customers to better serve their needs and believes every homebuyer should enjoy each stage of the home design and purchase process. Most importantly, she is guided by integrity and principle and is determined to help each individual client find the home they’ll love.

Nicole
NICOLE WOOLARD
Community Manager

Nicole was raised in El Reno and attended Canadian Valley Technology Center after graduating high school. Before joining the TimberCraft team, Nicole spent her career working for a local commercial builder, and now she is mastering the residential side of the industry. Nicole is familiar with what all Canadian County has to offer, and she will not only help you find your dream home but will also help you navigate the area. She is fun to be around and will make your buying experience an enjoyable one.

Community Manager

Corey was raised in the Oklahoma City area and attended Oklahoma State University. He brings a vast knowledge of new home sales and customer service to his position as community manager at TimberCraft. He prides himself on building strong professional relationships with each home buyer and working to understand their needs. You will see his passion and integrity speak for themselves as he works with you to find or build your dream home!

La'Shay Okedeki
Assistant Sales Manager

La'Shay came to Oklahoma by way of Texas in 2016 and brings substantial property management experience to TimberCraft, having been in the field since the age of 17. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their baby boy, Ezra. As someone who chose the Oklahoma City area to raise her family, La’Shay is excited to be part of TimberCraft, where she can help other families to find their ideal homes.

Kayla
KAYLA WATSON
Vice President of Production

Kayla oversees the day-to-day operations at TimberCraft. She joined the team in August 2013 as a design intern and has since gained a vast knowledge overseeing design, field operations, warranty, and scheduling. Her ability to understand all of these departments provides a well-rounded understanding of the home building process start to finish, and she's helped TimberCraft create a more productive scheduling and build process. Kayla spent three years studying architecture at Oklahoma State University, then shifted her focus to interior design, graduating from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelors of Arts.

Ryne
RYNE DUNLAVY
Project Manager

Ryne grew up in the Texas Panhandle. While in high school, Ryne not only worked for his father's custom home building business, but he also started his own business of selling and delivering firewood. Ryne attended Rose State College in Midwest City, Oklahoma and played baseball there for the Raiders. He then transferred to and graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. While attending college at SWOSU, he assisted two of his college professors in building their personal homes. Ryne has been using the knowledge and skills that he gained through these experiences as part of the TimberCraft team since June 2016.

Superintendent
Austin Hatchett
Superintendent

Austin joined TimberCraft in August of 2020. After graduating from high school, Austin quickly went to work full time. In 2012, he joined the Army National Guard, spending eight years as a 12k (plumber). Austin grew interested in the oil field and worked as a frac mechanic and blow out prevention technician. He is excited about the new opportunities that home building brings and hopes to grow in the industry for years to come. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, golfing, fishing, and spending time with his wife and daughter.

 

Ryan
RYAN STEELE
Controller

Ryan graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2009 with a Bachelors degree in Accounting and a minor in Finance. During his career, he has gained experience in several different industries. Some of his prior positions include: Reconciliation/Month End/Accounts Payable for multiple government agencies; Payroll Specialist for a multi-billion dollar hedge fund; and Controller for a locally owned and operated manufacturer. Ryan joined the TimberCraft team in August of 2014 as the controller.

Makel
MAKEL BROWN
Purchasing and Accounts Payable Coordinator

Makel joined the TimberCraft team in October 2016. She primarily serves as the Accounts Payable Specialist, but she also provides administrative support to the team. She worked in banking for four years and has several years of office management experience. In her free time, Makel enjoys reading, baking, woodworking, and spending time with her family.
