The Down Payment Assistance (or DPA) portion covers financial gaps with either forgivable or amortizing options. Unlike some other down payment assistance programs, WealthBuilder is not limited to first-time homebuyers. The program’s generous terms have no income limits and include applicants with credit scores of at least 600.
