If any issues do arise with a covered item during the warranty period, you can be sure we’ll make it good!
So what do our warranties cover?
10 year Structural Warranty
Our longest warranty covers the main structure of your new home, including the foundation, floor framing, load-bearing walls, roof framing and other structural elements.
2 year Distribution Systems Warranty
The Distribution Systems Warranty covers the “behind the scenes” mechanicals of your home: plumbing pipes, HVAC ducts and electrical wiring.
1 year Workmanship Warranty
This warranty ensures the visible materials in your new home were properly installed and of good quality. Some of the things it covers are drywall, roofing, siding, cabinets, countertops, hardwood floors, fireplace and paint.
