Either way, we’re here to walk you through the process. Over the years we’ve streamlined our systems so you can know what to expect when you build or purchase a new home with us.
Building
Want to build a new home from scratch? First, you’ll meet with our sales team to choose the community, lot and floor plan that fits your needs. If you’re from outside Oklahoma, we’re happy to introduce you to the local area and help you decide which community is right for you and your family.
With the community selected, we can help you choose one of our 15 home plans. We’ll look at the floor plan with you to make sure it fits your needs. You can also pick the home style that suits your tastes, whether that’s farmhouse, modern or contemporary.
Then you get to personalize your home with a selection of interior and exterior options for paint colors, flooring, cabinets, appliances and more. This is where the house really starts to become your special home!
When all the plans are finalized, we begin to build your home. At several points during the process we walk through the home with you. This is a firsthand way to keep you updated on its progress and familiarize you with its inner workings. Your sales rep will answer any questions you have and assist you with any concerns that may come up.
When your home is complete, we give you an on-site orientation to explain everything you need to know about your new home and answer any remaining questions. After that, we close on the house and it’s now yours!
Buying a Move-In Ready Home
The process for purchasing a move-in ready home is faster. You can start by browsing our available homes or giving us a call to let us know what you’re looking for.
When you find an available home you like, we’ll schedule an appointment for you to tour it in person. Once you’re ready to buy, we’ll help you connect with a preferred lender and take advantage of any incentives they may be offering.
