Open Positions
Administrative Assistant
TimberCraft Homes is excited to find an organized and detail-oriented administrative assistant. This position is all-encompassing, and we are looking for someone who is flexible, excited to learn new things, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment. This is an on-site position, and you will be based out of our TimberCraft Office.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Part Time in office, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00AM and 5:00PM
- Be reliable and flexible with the desire to learn new skills and help multiple departments at TimberCraft Homes.
- Assist our accounting team with bank reconciliations monthly
- Responsible for ordering office supplies
- Assist with entering payables and receivables weekly for different departments
- Assist with scheduling for different departments
- Help maintain marketing materials for all of our rental properties, including signs, flyers, etc.
- Submit rebates monthly
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and vendors.
- Assist all departments with filing.
- Help maintain the website and third-party listing sites.
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Be comfortable in a fast paced environment
- Have grit! Be ready to learn.
- Perform other duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to use Adobe, Excel, Word, Canva, etc.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and schedule work assignments to meet deadlines.

Construction Superintendent
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and interested in new construction? If so, there is an exciting opportunity with TimberCraft Homes that awaits! We are seeking a construction superintendent to work for our mature, but growing and dynamic company, in the Edmond and Oklahoma City area.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing all phases of the construction of a home from dirtwork to completion of the home.
- Provide guidance and direction to all onsite trades in the areas of safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control.
- Ability to multitask and handle the construction of multiple homes at the same time.
- Schedule inspections to meet the varying safety and compliance regulations in the home building process.
- Walk houses in production daily to check workmanship and time management of trades on the jobsite.
- Participate in management walkthroughs weekly
- Review construction schedule of all houses in production with the scheduler in order to make any necessary adjustments to the schedule, daily.
- Meet weekly with the construction team to discuss any concerns, ask questions if situations arise, review trades workmanship, etc.
- Complete update for the sales team every Friday so they have up to date information of what stage each home is in.
- Complete sales walk throughs at end of construction to pass over completed homes to sales.
- Meet home buyers to do pre con meeting, frame walk, trim walk, and New Home Orientation.
- Follow up 20 days after to check in with home buyers after they close…
- Ensure that job quality and customer satisfaction is maintained at every stage of the project.
Qualifications for Construction Superintendent
- Basic knowledge of software programs, such as Mark Systems, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to write reports and professional correspondence to vendors, government officials, and clients
- Good reading comprehension for technical documents, such as safety regulations, assembly and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Excellent verbal communications skills
- Ability to stand for several hours at a time and to walk in varying climate conditions and on uneven ground
- Capacity to physically lift up to 100 lbs

Sales Associate
Looking for someone who is eager to learn and start their new home sales career!
TimberCraft Homes is excited to find a sales assistant who can connect with customers and work closely with the sales team to increase communication. We strive to provide exceptional customer service to potential home buyers, showcase all of our available homes, and respond quickly to any inquiries to ensure a smooth buying process. This is an on-site position, weekends required, where you will be based out of our model homes.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Weekends required
- Be reliable with the desire to become a successful sales professional.
- Assist the Community Sales Manager with the condition of model homes and spec homes to ensure the best presentation to potential buyers. Ensure every home is READY TO SELL.
- Answer the sales phone line and schedule appointments for Community Sales Mananger.
- Assist in the consultation of new home sales & marketing within single/multiple communities using TimberCraft Homes standards and processes.
- Help the Community Sales Manager create and maintain marketing materials throughout each community, including signs, flyers, etc.
- Desire to study, practice, and improve on sales material and presentation
- Assist the Community Sales Manager in record keeping, including but not limited to contracts, agendas, releases, etc.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, lenders, real estate agents, title companies, and other employees.
- Assist with updating pre-sale customers on the construction of their homes.
- You are required to track all communication with the CRM system.
- Assist in performing presentations, lunch meetings, or community walk-throughs with real estate agents and brokers to increase marketing with TimberCraft’s on-site sales professional.
- Help maintain the website and third-party listing sites by collecting construction update photos and communicating with the Marketing department.
- Willingness to go the extra mile to increase traffic to the community and achieve sales and company goals.
- Be comfortable in a fast paced environment
- Create five social media posts or videos weekly to contribute to the overall marketing of TimberCraft Homes.
- Willingness to help move around furniture if one home closes to stage the next
- Have grit! Be ready to learn and make sales!
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to use a CRM system, Adobe, Excel, Word, Canva, etc.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and schedule work assignments and closings.
- A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the real estate industry
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet goals
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
